Managing Completed Materials Batches

Once you have entered the details of a materials batch, you can perform a number of actions on the batch which are available under the FILE menu on the Job Material Batch Control screen.

These actions include:

• post a batch - refer to "Job Material Batch Control - File - Post"
• print a batch - refer to "Job Material Batch Control - File - Print"
• verify a batch without posting it - refer to "Job Material Batch Control - File - Verify".

Technical Tip If you simply want to hold the batch without posting it (for future postings and printing), select FILE | EXIT.
